Payments
The
first
payment
is
due
at
the
time
of
booking

with
the
remaining
due

days
prior

the
scheduled
occupancy.
Damage
deposits
are
also
taken
and
charged
only
if
necessary.

reservations
must
be
secured
by
a
credit
card.
We
accept
Visa
and
MasterCard
or
Certified
Cheque
as
a
method
of
payment.
Cleaning
fees
are
$300.00
regardless
of
length
of
stay.
